Jubilee - Best of the Burbs Home Tour comes to Jubilee

Now in its 10^th year, Johnson Development’s annual home tour will showcase 34 model homes and more than 160 available homes across Houston this April when the “Best of the Burbs” home tour begins.

Model homes priced from $300,000 will be open daily 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays and noon to 6 p.m. Sundays during the tour. Admission is free.

Participating on the tour will be Jubilee, Johnson Development’s newest community to begin home sales. The 1,622-acre community — located in Hockley just south of Highway 290 and a few miles from the Grand Parkway — will have eight model homes on the tour. To view Jubilee models on tour, click here.

Visitors to the new model homes can learn more about Jubilee, which is centered on holistic wellness. From street design to amenities to standard features builders will offer in their homes, wellness has been a consideration of every facet of Jubilee’s development. Approximately 20 available homes also will be open for touring.

The public is also invited to visit Jubilee for a day dedicated to fun including a Ferris Wheel, inflatables, gem mining, tie dye tile making, photo opportunities, giant lawn games and more. Food trucks and an adult beverage vendor also will be onsite. Eight professionally decorated model homes will be open for exploration. Admission is free.
